Terms and Conditions
We assume everyone who books with us has read the following terms and conditions and agrees to them.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost will secure your booking and the remaining balance must be paid on arrival.
Cancellations
For groups of 6 or more, cancellations must be made by telephone with 28 days’ notice. For all other bookings 7 days notice is required. If insufficient notice is given the full balance remains due, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.
Important Hostel Rules
Accommodation must be left clean and tidy, otherwise a cleaning charge will be incurred. If we have card details for you this will be taken automatically.
Check-out time is 10.30 am.
All breakages and damages must be paid for in full. If we have card details for you this will be taken automatically.
There are no curfews but we do ask that people respect that there are others staying who need their rest. For everyone’s enjoyment we ask that guests are quiet between 11.30pm and 7.00am and we reserve the right to ask you to leave if causing a problem.
Normal check-in time is between 2pm and 9pm, out with these times please call to contact us to make arrangements.
Pets may be accepted by prior arrangement only in the caravans and cabin, but an additional charge of £5 per visit is made to cover additional cleaning. Anything over and above normal cleaning will be billed separately.
