- Cancellation policy –All deposits are non refundable. Hostel Individual bookings (less than 6 people) – 24 hours notice required otherwise the full amount is still due. Hostel or bunkhouse sole use – 28 days notice otherwise full amount is still due. Hostel groups 6 or over, caravans and cabin – 7 days notice required otherwise the full amount is still due.
