Fishing
There are several possibilities for fishing (both sea and loch/river) in the area however please bear in mind that some areas are restricted or need permits.
Glencoe Lochan is set in a stunning location, and offers some excellent trout fishing. Permits can be obtained from the Post Office in Glencoe village street or from the Tourist Information Centre in Ballachulish (01855 811111). The Tourist Information Centre also offers rod and tackle hire, permits, and is a mine of local information.
